I see you wasted your money too, on a 20# sand blaster. Boy, am I disapointed with mine. I can find bare metal faster with a wire brush, than with the one I bought at Harbor Freight!
Good looking shed, though.

Those are great for small parts not meant to do big jobs and it beats starting up the big portable air compressure. I use mine lots for small brackets and other small parts.

Nice shed, a guy can never have enough covered storage. I'd have
that full already!

I have the next size up from that sandblaster, does a great job, but
boy does it go through the bags-o-sand.......

I have a set of scaffolding just like that except mine is an Allied loader on a 666. They come in handy for all sorts of things.

I built my last barn using the loader bucket. No platform. Also tore down a 1500 sq.ft. house after that with just the loader. Absolutly the best tool on the farm . Henry

Nice Shed. I would like to build one like that. was that a kit? are those 4x4's? if so how deep in the ground are they? are the cross pieces also wood?
Thank you
Bob

Take another look at your lights. Imagine you drove a vehicle in one side and raised the hood.
Are your lights going to be directly over the vehicle? , no good. You want one bank on each SIDE of the parked vehicle.

I have a Harbor Freight sand blaster it may be a 40# but works great. I just hooked 2 compressors togather & they were only 5cfm each & started blasting. I blasted all of the bar joist on my shop for repriming worked great.

A great looking shed. I have been contemplating building a similar shed up against to a shipping container as you have done. So I am interested in the answers to questions already asked, and I have additional questions.
How did you get the container up off the ground and what is it sitting on?
Also how what size is the shed and why didn't you connect it to the container?

Thanks
Ken

First of all the pressure pot is a #40 HF unit. It needed improvements and i used 3/8" nipples, tees, and 45's to remake the sand feed. This helps a lot.

KENB_TEXAS, I made a Farmall Scaffolding Update with more pics. I got the box off the ground with a bottle jack and a little time. An 8'x40' weighs 9000 lbs empty! I have it setting on concrete house piers. They (intermodal container people) recommend that they are set 8" or more off the ground to promote air flow underneath to prevent floor rot (17 ply 1 1/4" marine plywood).

I like free standing structures. I have built several porches on my rent trailers and this shed as free standing units. One day I may want to move them. I plan to make some angle iron braces to tie the shed to the container for increased strength. Not that it is weak now but to handle the possible hurricane winds this fall.

The shed is 24'x32' built of 4"x6"x16' treated post and 2"x6" purlins and 6" reciever channel with 29 gauge ag panel galvalume roofing.
