Andy, Do us all a favor here. Get a little notebook and record every nickel you spend on that basket case. I'm sure we'd all like to see what it costs to start from almost zero.
It needs rims too? Was there a starter and generator on it?

Gordo.

Nice attitude, Chill out. I think Gordo was trying to be helpful and concerned.
but i guess some already know it all already

People just offer help, suggestions, and advice, Don't take it take, it who cares. Don't mean ya got to be rude about it.

I was not being rude. Gordo called my M a pile of junk in another post, so he is the one being rude. Now he wants me to post what I pay for everything for some reason, Why?

Well, it is a pile of junk! Sorry if the truth hurts! But like they say, one mans junk, is another mans treasure! Kinda reminds of of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree!

well, i dont think andy's m is "a piece of junk" its an old tractor that had a hard life. restorable, oh yeah!!! does it need work? you bet. did he pay too much for it? i dont think so. just parted out will bring a lot more than he paid for it. i repair-rebuild-restore old equipment because i enjoy it, not to make a profit. its called a hobby.

Andy, What you paid for your M and what you are planning to put into it is your call. It's your hobby and I have great respect for the work that you do. I wish more young people your age would have this kind of drive that you have. Good luck on the M.
