Ive got this IHC # 8 plow 3-16 on steel wheels and its got a bunch of the blue paint on it, and I see more blue on it than the red like ive seen others in ads or old pics,
I know the wheels are straw color,
and I know the yoke is black,

mines got alot of the blue on it and It maybe was that way when new
but ive seen some red under the frame too and I know that the yoke is black and the wheels are straw color as thats whats on them now not yellow but straw,
Its got the wider wheel on the right side too not narrow like ive seen alot have,
but missing the cleat's on the main wheels, the holes are there but cleats are missing,
maybe P&O paiinted their different than IHC back then even though they made the same plows,
 
Dont knowhow many plows you have seen but seems like pain6t scheme was whatever was handy at the time. Wheels seemed to be almost always cream sort but rest of plow sure did vary over the yrs.
 
Seems the cleats were to be added as needed. My 2-14 doesn't have them and as far as I can tell, never did as there are no nut or washer marks on the inside of the wheel. It doesn't need them either on the soil type I have plowed with it.
