OT...got to vent

I have been lurking and reading the posts here and have not posted lately. Earlier I told you all about the mowing deck on the 8N traqctor falling on my friend "Buck" and squshing the life out of him.

Buck had and has a son named Steve. I have just come from the hospital. Steve"s wife and child were going to the church to check on the music arrangements for tomorrow-she was the choir director- As she was leaving, two cars racing down the road in excess of 100 MPH slammed into her vehicle and both the momma and child were killed. Just broke my heart to see Steve sitting there holding the deceased child shaking her and trying to get her to wake up. Please remember this young man in your prayers.

That's terrible. We will do what we can, he is gonna have a tough time and should be encouraged to seek counseling when the time is right.

Dear Tom, as little as I know you, I know you enough to honor your integrity and humanity. Please represent all of the YT contributors to this young man as he pulls it back together. The support of rational friends in a disaster is a main stay of strength. I wish upon him the determination to avoid bitterness, and find comfort in friends. We can be. Jim
 
I can't even imagine that kind of tragedy or how I would handle it without the Lord's help. We will pray for him.
 
I'm so sorry for Steve's loss. My family & I are praying for Steve. Thank you for being a good friend to steve.
 
I am very sorry to hear about the loss. My prayers are for Steve. I had a car fall on my chest last year while working on it. A neighbor heard me yell, and jacked it back up. Life can go so fast. May God give Steve comfort. Steve
 
Gee whiz - what a senseless, tragic waste. I'm so sorry to hear this. Yes, will pray for Steve to get through this.
