I have been thinking about doing the same thing. I am sure it can be done with a lovejoy coupling.(I think is the name of the coupler. Do you work at Yorkville Auto Body? Went thru Yorkville Thur. afternoon but had to get empty trailor back to Onarga, Il. so did not take time to try to find you. How soon are you thinking about installing that pump? Hope you can keep us posted about your progress. Armand

yup armand, i own the shop. there m-f 8-5. stop in next time you are in the area!!!
i have a stage 1 super m in pieces right now, i am finishing up painting an m for a customer, then i gotta get the super in the shop and start working on er. was looking at a splitter pump over at farm and fleet for about 150 dollars or so, looks like it will fit in the cavity of the lower bolster. there is a machine shop just down from my shop that does a lot of odd ball stuff for me, was thinking about having him come up with some type of couping to pin to the crankshaft, prolly catch the crank start pin. if the pump rotation is the same as the crankshaft should be a pretty easy add on. figure i can tap in to the belly pump for the resevoir, run my lines inside along the frame rail then up and around behind the oil filter for the pressure side. should be able to get live power for maybe 250 dollars or so, lot better than 700 for a live pump!!!
