I thought it was staying light rather late recently; now I realize it has nothing to with you spring: you've just had that H out lighting up half the state with it's new paint job. :lol:
 
Other side. And yeah I did get the plug wires cleaned and waxed.Note chrome grill bolts. Used a black fibre washer beneath them so the grill paint doesn't get mashed.Drilled out a 3/8 washer for the 5/16 bolt so it hardly shows.

That's High Temperature Cast Blast from Quanta Products LLC. Manifold looks exactly like that after about 5 hours on the new engine.
It's not as "bright" as it appears in that flash photo. Also looks great on the axles. Looks just like unpainted caast iron or steel.
Available on the net, kind of spendy though.
Glennster uses it also.
