Found a 350 Diesel Utility for sale. The hydraulic pump is out, owner says he tried to get one, they are unavailable. Gear driven from engine. Are there suppliers that might have one?
This is the GD193 engine, I think was also used on Massey Harris 33 Diesel, possibily the same pump drive setup?
A lot of questions, sorry.

Nope, That pump is not available. It mounts on the opposite side of the gasoline version.

The engine used in a MH is not the GD-193 in the Farmall. This engine ws built only for the 350 Farmall/IH. Best you can hope for is finding a good used pump unless someone has started making those again and I doubt that.

Nope...pump turns a different direction.

Might be better off with a front mount pump. They made a kit so you could run the lines to the under seat tank...but I have never found one. I had to go with a seperate hyd tank.

I thought the major difference was that the Diesel used a splined shaft (keyed on the gas) and the diesel did not have a through shaft to drive the distributor.
Was it a Pesco or a Thompson?
