HELP!!! hydraulic gear

I need a hydraulic drive gear for a Farmall 504 S/N 811, part #378116r1. This part is retired and seems to be nowhere to be found at salvage yards or at any parts stores. Can anyone help? What are my options? I do not have the gear at all to be able to repair it or even try to have one made.

Do we know what else changed with the later serial numbers? Is it a possibility that you could make those changes and use one of the later gears since they are both available? It might be so involved that it isn't worth it, and if that is the case, I'd keep looking in salvage.
