Is the cub ( item nuber 260381841907 )on Ebay an original High Crop? In reading the archives it seems that the real High Crops had extentsions that widened the rear axles. These seem to be just like a normal Cub?

High crops from the factory were high / wide.
Dealer conversions often just added the larger wheels and did not add the wider front axle and rear spacers. Most likely this one was a dealer conversion.

The high and wide option for the cub was available as factory or as an aftermarket addition. Fay's book on the hundred series tractors has some good pictures and details in the text.

Are those Hi-Crop emblems real? Never seen that version up close before? Didn"t know that IH made a "Hi-Crop" version emblem for a Cub. Are they real or fab?

The seller seems to be well versed in marketing jargon and sales pitch.
Free shipping up to 400 miles, you know he added that into the buy it now price.
Did you notice that with all the emphasis on rarity and low production, the seller has avoided listing any type of Serial Numbers or placards?
Just a little too slick for me.
