966 torque problem?

I have a 966 that I put a new clutch in. Tractor wouldn't move so I figured the clucth was bad.
Now even with the new clutch it won't move. Am I out of adjustment somewhere? Confused in Pa.
Can anyone help?

you need an it book if you don't have one and check pressure on mcv.

Well , ya done put a new clutch in it and it still don't go ?????? One little tinny question here , Does the BIG RED LITE DOWN ON THE RIGHT DASH PANEL WORK????????
Does it come on when ya turn the key switch on ?????? If it does not FIX IT . THEN let me know what is happing . If the lite stays on after the engine is running do you have steering and brakes???? And just where are you in Pa. ?????

I am 10 miles west of Butler Pa off fo Rte 422.
Tractor is in Texas........
