transmission top on a SW6 TA

Think the covers are the same but the SW6TA has some tapped holes that the SMTA one may not have. If you just need a cover the same cast # and suffix was used on some of the regular super M and 6 tractors. Shift rails are the problem, they have to be from a SMTA or SW6TA.

The Standard tread tractors (560/660 and earlier) always have a narrower platform than the row crops. That is because the Standard's operator's position uses sheetmetal for the foot rests.

I have a Farmall 560 lid that is surplus to me. It will bolt up and shift the gears but you will be missing tapped holes for items like steering, seat, hydraulics, etc.

On heavy items that are wanted, one should always indicate their location.
