606 IH What is it worth?

Ihave a 606diesel with a turbo. Has original paint, runs good, sounds great, tires fair, 3 point, dual hydralics. What is it worth. Is the diesel version worth more?

606's are pretty rare, but do not know if they are desirable? Desirability is what drives price. Is it for sale?

Be worth about $500 to me depending upon how far I have to drive to pick it up. That's sight unseen. Don't know the hours, tranny and any problems, if the TA works, pto works, etc.

I have a tractor now that runs good and sounds great as well but too bad it grinds going into gear and has a lot of blowby.

Possibly. Tractor ta is good and all works but sit out and needs painted. Trans is just like 460, they dont have syncro's in the trans. I was just asking what kind of a value it should have.

Another Person asked a week or so ago. Consensus was 2500+ unless the tires were toast or it was stuck/nonrunner. If very operational, 3500 might be easily found. JimN
