F30 questions

I was wondering if they made a narrow tread F30 like the did the F20? i have one, serial number FB9433, and its rather narrow on the back end. today a gentleman looked at it and asked if they made a narrow tread F30, and i dont know. any information would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

They sure did make them, I have one on steel. A real one will have an N after the serial number, but it is not unheard of to find one that has been "narrowed" at some time.

yes ihc built narrow tread f-30's. i have one.

as noted earlier, it should have the letter'N' stamped after the serial number on both the frame and the toolbox tag. narrows arent common, but they seem to have made about the same between the 20's and the 30's from what ive seen. they made narrow regulars as well.

I have one too, 36 in tires. First old tractor that Ididn't have to fix!!
