Need your help on a Farmall 706

I have a 1967 Farmall 706. I want to widen the rear wheels on the axles. The tractor has the cast iron rear wheels. I have loosened the 7/8 12 point bolt on the axle clamp and I can not get the wheel to move at all. Please give advice as to what I am doing wrong.

After you loosen the bolt you can either get the correct additional bolts needed to push the wedges apart to make them loose or you can use a grade eight bolt or a piece of hard shaft to knock the inside wedge loose then the outside wedge (the one that is against the 7/8" 12 pt bolt head. When I moved mine I jacked the tractor up and turned the wheel so the wedge is on the bottom of the shaft. They popped right loose. Make sure you recheck them after a few minutes and retighten them if needed. Funtwohunt weight of the wheel is
