What is the best way to tighten the bolts on the exhaut manifold,is there a torque # pressure?

I just tighten them good, make sure they are not too tight and not too loose. Tighten them tight, but not too tight that the manifold breaks.

If you go to www.engineersedge.com you can find the torque value of all grades of steel fasteners.
3/8 is 30 lbs
7/16 is 47
Do you have the correct brass washers and brass nuts? I think they are also a fine thread which will require a different torque value also, which is also on that web site.
