300u regulator and safety valve unit

I'm in deep do-do. Two questions (1)where do I look for a good, used regulator and safety valve unit for a 300u with power steering? and
how do I seal a 1/4" threaded hole that has oil leaking from it that is under high pressure (like in a regulator and safety valve!!! Please, don't ask)? I've tried gaskets with no luck and at the moment I have blue silicone on a stud bolt curing in the hole.

I would suggest drilling the hole out and rethreading for a normal tapered pipe plug. I'll have to check the tables, but either a 1/8 or 1/4 inch NPT. That way you'll have a tapered thread that is designed to handle high pressure. I had a buddy do that with his valve in order to insert a gauge to check his hydraulic pressure. After checking pressure he removed gauge and threaded in a pipe plug. Just seal the pipe thread with teflon, or thread sealant. I've seen those valves on eBay from time to time. Check JP Tractor Salvage in MO as well.
