3616 international loader wont move

I bought a 3616 a couple of weeks ago, had sat for 2 years. Got the tractor running and the loader and backhoe work fine,but dosent have any steering and dosent move at all. Hydro fluid is full any ideas? think the hydro filters are pluged? Any ideas would help
 
Does it have a seperate hyd cylinder for the steering? If so, it is probably the problem. I have trouble with my steering when it is below 25 degrees. The lift works fine, just the steering. When the temps warm up it works fine. Hope this helps.
 
Yes its has a seperate cyclinder for the steering, but it there is no pressure to it, so i figured it has something to do with it not moveing also. The rest of the hyds work fine 9loader/backhoe.
 
Gear drive or hydro.? If hydro trans. does it have two foot pedals; one for forward and one for reverse? if so you may have to stomp hard on one of them as a valve maybe sticking. Worked for me a couple of times on a 3600 TLB but I do not rember power steering not working at the same time. Armand
 
I guess you have already taken off the supply hose to the steering at the pump. If no pressure at the box then that valve is stuck. The same pump runs all the hyd. You may be able to unstick it with he hose off.
 
I have a 3414 myself and it has a different pump for the steering.Kinda like a booster pump.It should have a diverson valve on the left side of the seat.When you want to work the back hoe you engage the diverson valve and it becomes a booster for the hoe hydraulics.While the diverson valve is in,the steering wont work.Or I should say the power steering wont work.
 
No I havent taken the hose off,but I lifted the front of the tractor with the bucket and can turn the wheels by hand and watch the steering wheel turn also.???
 
it has a diverion valve, when I pull up it acts like it puts a load on the motor?? When down no load and no steering. the hoe and loader work fine just not steering and wont move fwd or rev
