HI all. Attempted to re-time my Wico "C" mag per IT manual due to gov issues and noticed the impulse lock nut (part # 16-491)was loose. After tightening it I couldn't even turn the mag shaft a whole revolution to get it to 'snap'. Is this normal to just be 'hand' tight ? Also cannot get a consistant spark while doing re-time/test on bench. Mag was rebuilt and worked just fine before. Can anyone give any info on this issue. Thanks...

| Called the company that rebuilt the mag. You could leave it loose by using a small amount of locktite on the threads. Hal
