Don, look on top of the clutch covers, scrape off the dirt and look near the place the brake linkage connects. The cover is oval and about 3"X2" held on by 2 3/8" bolts. Look at this cover carefully, the oldest need to be removed, bolt underneath, some have a 9/16"hex protruding through them and the newest have extension rods that extend up to the sides of the seats. Try adjusting and come back if you have problems. Later Bob |

| Thanks Bob. I"m not exactly sure where the clutch covers are? I looked yesterday and found where the linkage from the foot pedals attaches to the levers that go back and forth (with spring attached) The levers pivot on a shaft that is in a round topped housing bolted to the top of the final drive? Where are the oval plates from those? forward, backward, inside outside of those housings? That is not very clear/ I hope you understand. Thanks again. |

| OK. I must have the oval plates because there is nothing beside or under my seat. I guess I need to clean more dirt and mud off the top. Thanks! |
