This is just a thought,you say its getting hot,what do you mean,is it starting to boil or is the gauge reading high,if the gauge is reading high try the sender unit from the original engine,if it is an overheating problem that is causing it to boil check the coolant for bubbles with the fan belt off,if thats OK and you are happy with the exhaust plumping and air intake and outlet for the rad is not restricted,its as important to have the outlet open to allow the hot air to escape so it will not recirculate it,transplants are a PIA and when you go so far one has to keep going.

| Nope ... This thing is getting HOT....It will push the top off the overflow bottle...Machine hasn't arrived yet.. I'm gonna run open header to try it out..Maybe try to make a tighter fan shroud..
