In my service manual, it shows pulling the steering clutches, to get the brake bands out. Can the brakes be pulled out, without the steering clutches. Thanks Randy |

| You take the clutches out individually. If you have dry clutches there is a support bolt with a locknut under each brake band that needs adjusting. Back it out a few turns when the clutch is out. If it's seized and breaks off it will be easier to deal with that way. Later Bob |

| No you need to pull the clutches. If you find one clutch drum chewed up bad come on back. Later Bob |
