The d2 orchard I bought a couple weeks ago is all orange.Ive taken all tinwork offn It and shes all orange underneath,trans rearend footboards controle handels,hood firewall-dash under hood aircleaner,everything but eng,which is yaller. Hoss |

| A lot of the old cats were orange. the color is probably "Tennessee Highway Dept Orange". |

| I Have a 1940 Cat model 12 Road grader that was also painted orange. It belonged to a town highway department. I think that some municipalities wanted their equipment painted orange. Dandy Dave! |
