I am in need of a dozer to do some work around the house and I found an International 500 dozer nearby for sale. It needs a final drive and some rollers. I don't know how available these parts are nor how much they cost. Any advice would be appreciated. The guy wants $2500. Comments?

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I will pass on this one. I'm looking for a small dozer to clear a little bit of my land.

This guy uses really old IH dozers in northern canada. You might get in touch with him for info.

That area was a weak spot on the IH500..Sometimes those parts are not easily found.Steering problems were also common if the machine has sat awhile.I'm unsure of roller availability.
If you buy it,try General Gear for parts.
Good luck.
