iv got a d5 84h that has the 3306.. iv had a overheating prob since i got this.. i put a thermostat in it and it still runs at half to three quarter on the gauge.. now idk if the rad is clogged or gauge is wrong or water pump is bad... with the cap off it still runs half to three quarter on the gauge.. i can see the antifreez in the rad, but cant rilly see it moveing much.. any ideas out these.. do i need the rad roded out or do u guys think the water pump is going out... or is it possible the impellar is broke or lose |

| yea i got a lazer themp gun at work so i had planed on checking it tomarow.. its not boiling over.. so im thainking it the gauge or the impellar on the pump.. |

| Has the radiator boiled over or any other symptom besides gauge?You may want to get somebody to check it out with an infrared gun before throwing parts at machine.You may just have a bad gauge. |

| fan belt is tight.. new thermostat..all hoses are good and not soft or beig sucked shut..it seems to be pushing air out the front fine.. have de greased and washed out the fins on radiator and also blew threw it with a air blower.. the anti freez is good and green and test at -30..the water jacket on the side of block dont seem verry hot just warm..upper hose is warm to hot.. any ideas.. mabe impellar is bad? or do they come lose.... |

| Have you tried just blowing out the outside with an air hose or power washer? Then check the water pump . Simple things first. Is the fan belt tight? |
