For those of you on Facebook or able to view Facebook, I am just building an Oliver crawler appreciation site. There's some interesting pics on there, and even a few wheeled 550s & a 1255, with more to come. Check it out: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Olivercrawlerscom/115094158663103 I'd appreciate it if you could 'like' me, as it helps me to add more to the site. |

| Worst piece of equipment I ever owned. Engineering should have been shot for that one. |

| Aside of it being back-heavy, I've done a ton of great work with it! Including digging out alongside cracked foundations in heavy clay. A nice feature in its day, was the way the trencher is offset so you can dig parallel to existing walls. I just load up the bucket with blocks to move it around. But each is allowed an opinion I guess. |

| Loading an OC3 with Ware 3WI loader and Jet Trencher. Hydraulics on the backhoe were a bit baggy and it kept dropping down! I was doing this while trying to keep the spring-loaded choke wire pulled as the carb was dirty and engine was stalling under load due to fuel starvation. Note to self: load backwards in future :)The other tractor is a 4x4 Oliver 1255. |
