Thanks for the help guys. Got a new cord Monday, put on plugged in with different extension cord, checked it tonight everything was fine. 1031D thanks for heads up on kats aftermarket heater, checked into one only a dollar cheaper than oem but 200 watts less than oem. Again thanks for the help. Scott
