Hmmm did you have the pump/injectors checked out or do you know they are good condition also? not sure what to make of the fluttering sound with out actually hearing how its running maybe a few others will chime in with more ideas

| Make sure the rocker arms are not in contact
with the compression release system.

| Not sure about pump it was off a junker, injectors have been rebuilt, I am unable to youtube wish I could. I wandering if the different shape manifold had something to do with it, Reminds me of a header.
