If its been stored inside, chances for revival are better. Still rear tires are most expensive item. If they are good and engine free, with no major repairs, I'd go for it. If it is free but has not run for a while, you could try light oil or WD40 in spark plug holes and clean fuel lines and it may start. New plugs are not a bad idea - Autolite 295 work well for me. Carb and Magneto are most likely issues if it does not start. But be aware, auction value will increase significantly if you get it running before auction. I would just make sure its free if I wanted it. best, ed
