The services manual says no less than 20 gpms coming out of the remote valves. the valves had readings of 16,10,3,6. The one with only 10 has no lifting presure you put a load on it and it does nothing. There is only one valve with flow control and it is the bad one and we have tried it all the way open and closed off.

The pressure's were taken on each outlet they all were around 2000 psi but as soon as you moved the lever to the neutral position the all leak off horible. We also did a flow check with a flow meter and all of the remotes were below there rated gpm. So one mentioned a small screen filter that is before the blocks could this cause these problems?

DC3 puller, on the tractor pulling forum I posted a pic of a DC4 puller we built, It is under D tractor for pulling, thought you might like to see it, also a link to a video of it pulling at a local pull here in Pa.

The pressure is adjustable on the compensator valve for high pressure, Are you sure the flow adjustments were wide open?

How far down were the flow readings from specs?

Do cylinders leak down badly with weight on them?

Where did you measure the pump pressure?
