 Pulled the pto off this morn for a repair and seen this, ouch, believe me the pic does not do it justice. The diff is shelled, I don't know how he finished field work. Now he thinking about just junking the tractor, but I think we can save it with some reasonable priced good used parts. Rod. |

| Rod, I haven't seen or heard of this happening in a 1070. I have a late 1070 I parted out if you need some pieces. |

| Thats not also the one with the bad crank is it? I've only seen that in one 1070 and it only had 2800 hours on it and was a planter tractor most of its life. Been into a couple of 2290s and 2294s for that though. Never fun. |

| Rod, At least the PTO brake didn't fall off and break the, tranny housing, although that might have been a cheaper fix than what you are facing I have welded up several 9s and 10s, in years past. Loren |
