McKerrow630 11-23-2012 17:08:42 50.105.86.168 Report to Moderator	1st dad-in-law passed away,2nd losing job. 3rd annual thanksgiving day grandkid tractor ride was short!!! as the 630D started to push water out the rad. cap that was the "last straw" I lost it in front of the kids! they took off for the house I to the barn. No it didn't overheat shut it off refilled it. Started it and it bubbled out. I have had it,I'am ready to push the dam thing out and sell it! So before I do whata all think is wrong? waterpump or worse? [Reply]   [No Email]

j hikemper 11-24-2012 15:55:03 50.102.88.37 Report to Moderator	Re: 3's in reply to McKerrow630, 11-23-2012 17:08:42   hang in there , you can handle it ,, keep it together man , especially around those that luv ya,, hope you don't have to learn the hard way , like i did , you need sumthin to start working for you ,,prayer helps , a good secure job will definately help , as for the 188/630.more than likely head gasket..bars leak will make it go away for a decent sale ,,fyi . i fed my 430 /188 bars leak for a yr,and got by doing daily runner stuff before we finaly took it down ,only because the clutch was plumb shot ,had serveral bad valves ,and the dual steering cylandars were in a need for seals, and the 3 pt was drip in oil in the rear end .. when that fella came out of the shop 3 weeks later it was parade ready .that was 2007 .It STIL IS Parade ready [Reply]  [No Email]

Bubbles in rad. more than likely as the guys said head gas. or possible cracked head, will keep fingers crossed for the simple fix. Adirondack case guy 11-23-2012 17:38:19 74.69.160.79 Report to Moderator	Re: 3's in reply to McKerrow630, 11-23-2012 17:08:42   Gregg, Chances are that it is a head gasket, how ever it could be an injector liner or a cracked head. When I got my 430, I could not keep the coolant out of the pan. Started tearing it down, as it had a Vocational Ag School overhaul done on it, and I found that they ruined the Timing gear gasket where the head buts up to it. I know that isn't likely your problem, but be sure to remove the water pump AND the hollow 5/8" bolt behind the water pump when you pull the head. Hope things get better for you, and maybe you can get the grandkids involved with the fix. Might be time well spent by all of you. Loren [Reply]  [No Email]
