Tom, It looks like it has black smith lays. Everyone I ever saw had throw away lays. We have a 4-14 like that. Most everyone I have seen has broke the front furrow spindle at one time. We used to pull the 4 bottom behind the 1800 Oliver and later the 970 until Dad bought a 4-16 Oliver 565 semi mount. The Oliver pulled easier, had much more clearance and scoured easier. A Case didn't scour well in sticky soil. None the less it would look good behind one of your standards or the 1030.
