 This is my 1944 LAI that I got a couple of years ago, I'm hoping to get it restored in the next couple of years and am currently gathering the parts, It has factory air brakes and still wears most of its US Army olive drab color. Its one of the favorites in my collection. |

| its my understanding that many of these were used in the supply yards during the war to move large trailers and ordinance equipped with air brakes. |

| think they pulled a lot of trailers with air brakes and or heavy loads that would explain the duals also for military work at least thats my guess cnt |

| have you ever seen any sort of literature on them or know of anyone that has one? It would be nice to find someone that has been around them to ask questions when it comes time to restore her. |

| I have one or two factory photo's of them but have never seen any lit on them but am guessing some may be out there, and no I do not know anyone with one like you have maybe some one here does and will jump in cnt |
