did anyone else see the restored 530 diesel at the convention. i pointed out to the Case-ih guy there that the 530 was a REAL Case tractor. and i setteld a dispute with a buddy that Case (Tennaco) bought ih. not the other way around |

| yes the only ones who think IH bought Case are IH guy's, those of us who were involved with Case at the time know the real story, glad you confirmed your thoughts cnt |

| the guy i was arguing with tthainks a Super H is also suprior in all ways to a late SC with eagle hitch and the 15% power increase |

| a good running super "H" tractors did have a five speed tranny and a slower low gear so I can see them as "power" compatable the Eagle hitch gives the late "SC" the edge on vesatility, so yes a "can of worms" works for me I will say the "H" and "M" tractors did drive well the "H" I had was a plain jane model and all I ever used it for was a Farmhand but I always felt it was a litle underpowered compared to my "SC" tractors, never have drove a super model but have heard good things cnt |

| Late SC vs. Super H? That is a can of worms. It is sufficient to say that when set up properly, the two are very close. |
