eldo case 10-27-2012 13:16:44 70.195.8.67 Report to Moderator	Re: splitting stands in reply to DanMN, 10-26-2012 15:12:45   I just use a chain falls, block the front axle and built a H type of bracket to bolt on the sides of the transmission with the side of the H coming down to with in a inch of the floor. This is in case it would slip off the jack. I have never had that happen. The cross member of the H close to the bottom of the H. Use of a floor jack under the cross member of the H bracket. Hard to see in photo but the H is in front of the creeper. I split my 1070 and other by my self. [Reply]  [No Email]

Dan,could you give a little clarification on how the two pipes with the flatbar are mounted[verticle or horizontal]and were they mounted foward near the radiator or near the rear of the motor?
