Is there any Kit's to Change tractors like 730-830 /770-870 or 970 Gas tractors over to LP.Being it Cost a lot less per Gallon ?We would like to do our 870 and maybe our 970 Gas Tractors =Save $$$$ |

| ACME ALTERNATE FUELS in minnesota. 507 345 4000. IMPCO is the only brand currently still being made. you will need your carb throat size and mounting bolt size and spacing. there is no off the shelf conversion available. mount the tank out front as suggested, or along side the frame. expect to use 10 to 15 percent more propane than gasoline. |

| We have a 930 LP and a 870 gas. Costs are about the same because the LP tractor uses more fuel per hour. LP being cheaper this summer than normal has moved it to the LP being a little cheaper to operate. |

| It might be cheaper to get the parts off of a factory lp 730,830 or 930.You could mount a tank out front like casecollectorsc has on his 930lp. A 4010 or 4020 lp tank would be easy to mount out front. I have always liked lp tractors as I grew up with a 311b that was converted to lp. Nick |
