First is this 730 CK industrial rare? Note the odd fenders and color, never seen one before. Second, I thought all 330 bailers were wire tie, heres a pic of a twine knotter on a 330 |

I don't know who told me that, but it was a long time ago. This is the first 330 I've seen.

Jon, We sold many 330s. Most all were Twine tie, unfortunatly. They could make bricks, but even the best twine would not always hold. That made twine disc tension, and billhook presure real critical and hard to control when baling, especially on late afternoons when shading affected moisture content in the hay. Wire twisters didn't have those problems. Loren

Is that 730 just a regular western? I've never seen those fenders. My 930 western had the same fenders as a regular 930. I've also seen the wide fenders.

Yes, those are the regular western fenders for the later 730s and 830s.

Loren: You're correct!! The dampness would start to settle & that 330 Wire would keep pounding away, bale after bale. The "Sweep" Feed clanging away. We would pray for a breakdown or something, but she kept poking them out, heavier & heavier.

That's just a western tractor that was painted. I have only seen one wire tie 330, most were twine. I would like a wire tie if you see them.
