Cahmpion plugs have been relegated to junk products as far as I am concerned. I also had problems with Champions and took John Saeli's advice and switched to Autolite for my 630. They tend to do that with those little zenith carbs. Tweak her lean about 1/4 turn, buy 89 octane gas and add some atf or marvel mystery oil. It will run cleaner and have more snap.
