If I have a emplement on the back of my tractor and have it raised all the way up, I can inch the lift arms down without any issues. But if it is down, I cant inch it up. I have to go to full raise. When I move the lever to full raise theres about a 20 second delay. Is this normal? Does anyone have any ideas? |

| The system pressure at the rear remotes was 1100 before I adjusted it. Know It is 1500. The problem was present before the adjustment. The spring is tight. I have a feeling that its something stuck in the control valve, not sure. The tractor sat for 5 years. When I got it running I removed the valve and removed the plate on top of it and cleaned the componenets under it. Just to make sure that there wasnt anything rusted or stuck. I didnt realize at the time that there is a vlave behind the return fitting. When I move the levers for the remotes the pressure is instantanious, but for the hitch it isnt. |

| I would take the control valve apart again and check the "lowering assembly" valve. That's the one with a threaded screw on it that the steel ball unseats to lower the hitch. The screw may have backed out and the rockshaft may try to raise and lower at the same time. |

| What was the system pressure before and after you adjusted the relief valve? Does your remote valve work normal? Is the linkage from the quadrant arm in good condition? Is the load spring tight? I can't come up with any reason for this type of problem. |
