Hello, im staring on my 1944 DI restoration. Ive recently redone an SI so the two are very similar other than the engine and brakes. I was wondering if the D series engine should have an oil pan gasket, or if the pan gaskets come with the kit like Seali equipment sells. Also.....does anyone know if it is correct that the throttle on this tractor is forward for more RPM rather than pulling back toward you like most CASE tractors. Thanks. Zach |

| Yes, the D series uses an oil pan gasket and, no, it is not part of a kit. |

| As far as I know, they are still available through Case-New Holland dealers. Part number is A20631; it will take 2 of them. |
