Hello, my name is Steven, and i am retoring a 1946 Case Vai tractor. This tractor has been painted multiple times, and i am hoping to find the original paint colors. Any and all replies will be much appreciated.
thanks,
Steven

As sold color would have been Flambeau Red, some municipalities ordered them in yellow, and I have seen some military ones olive green, and I know of 3 of them painted blue for an airline, so I guess, take your pick of the color that floats your boat.

Take the steering wheel off and see what color is under it.You should be able to tell original color by taking parts off or remove paint to see what is the bottom layer.Mine have had a red primer on bottom. Nick
