As per my last week's posts, I have some interest in an LAI to complete my VAC, SC, DC line-up. However, the LAI's thirsty engine is a bit of a concern. Are 500I's pretty hard to find, (Wisconsin)? It wouldn't need to have a loader. Thanks, Glenn F.

| The Ind 500 was designated a 520.Some were built in 1954 and the rest were built in 1956.265 in all.I have a perfect 1954 model that came from Pease AFB in New Hampster plowing snow from around the hangers and buildings. There are some pictures of it in the archives. Hoss |

| | I've seen 2 500 I's. My brother has one and a neighbor had one. The neighbor was going to put a loader on his but didn't have one wide enough for the tractor to fit into. Eventualy sold it. Wheat Straw |

| Glenn, according to the book only 125 520's were made only in 1956 so I would think they are a rather rare bird! |
