If you can get it for 1000.00 I would say you did fairly well.
2000.00 for a C unrestored is crazy.
Those tractors are a dime a dozen anywhere for 600.00.
With the extras on that one 1000.00 is not being crazy.
I have two C"s with side weights and belly mowers and would part with both of them for 800.00 each any day of the week.
If someone gave me 2000.00 for one I would take him out for a prime rib dinner also.

Same here, guess it shows how local such markets are? Pretty dang nice one sat out for sale on a state highway for a year. Guy was asking $900,, he finally just stuck it back in the barn. Last coupl eyears I have sold 2 that were in so-so condition for around $600 each and thought I did well.
