Those tractors don't have much front end weight as it is. Hanging an implement on teh back could get dicey.

I got a 52 B that had a cheap aftermarket 3 pt on it, that was rated at 250 lbs. That rating seemed useless to me , so I bought 2 ford arms, replaced the rockshaft, with a larger diameter shaft, replaced the cylinder, with a 3"x8" cylinder, that was rated for 3000 psi. In later yrs I put a front pump on it, and went to double acting cylinders, and a control valve on the fender. I now haul large round bales, out of the barn, and feed cows with a 3pt hay spear. WARNING use enough weight on the front! I carry 200 lbs of steel weight, and both front tires are loaded with calcium.

bought two lower arms for a 9N at the farm store. Built a frame between the final drive 5/8 inch bolts and put both arms onto this frame. Use the rock shaft upper arms to raise the 9N arms.

I built one years ago on my C and it does ok. Used the plow lift to then make it into a 3 point

I bought the cheapest one I could find several years ago. After several repairs and rebuilds, I got it right. Believe it or not, I hauled around a light 5' bush hog for several years. That's not necessary any more. But I now have a light landscape rake which works great on it. And, I just switched my belly mower from my B to the C, and used cables and pulleys off the three point to raise the mower. I have some chains to hold the mower up so I can use the rake on the three point while the mower is still attached.
