Is the engine lubrication of a D15 similar to the lubrication of a C or B? Suprising the B and C held up so well with what I would consider to be a poor oiling system. I liked the D15 Years ago I worked for Allis Chalmers but the D15 was so new it was not giving trouble. |

| The made a zillion model Bs. They had 125 cubic inches and put out maybe 22 HP on a good day at 1600 RPM. Not a race motor. Considering the motor was designed in 1940 it was really a great motor for the time. The lube system works fine, if you keep oil in it. I have several and they run great with the factory lube system. |
