the purpose of an aspirator is to create a suction and remove some of the debre entering the air filter thus increasing the life of the air filter, once the debre is removed from air filter pre cleaner it is sucked into the exhaust system and out the muffler. you can run the engine without an aspirator but lose the added feature of removing debre from the air entering the filter. these are common in severe dust conditions and used to extend air filter life. I do not know if the oe part is available but DONALDSON CORP make an after market one that may be fitted, donaldson also makes hd exhaust systems. try a truck or heavy equipment supply store.
