OK, you made me put on my boots and Jacket and grab the flashlite and go look. My 210,solid wheels, has 2 angle irons bolted one on each side of the flywheel to throw silage. The C2,tag says C2PL has paddles and the swivel on the blower pipe like a 200. Must be a late C2, it came from Don. Maybe to save money Case went back to the angle iron on later 210's.
