Case bought the Universal UniLoader from Gail Bonneson in 1969. Gail bought a wimpier unit from someone in MN for resale with his bulk fertilizer handling equipment line, but producer couldn't keep up and sold to Gail's Universal Industries. Considereable beefing up of unit design and production for 4-5 years ? was done in the building in Hudson, Iowa that Harry Heisler (aftermarket soup-up tractor stuff)had used. When Case indicated they would also get into the skid-steer biz, Gail decided it was best to sell instead of bucking the big boys. Leonard (retired employee of Universal Industries)
