OK- is it complete? ie, does it have the foot pedal? Olztimers memory says there were two versions re the pedal. OK....early version, used before the WC had the traction release lever......casting on the lift housing had 'notches'....so with a handle, you could crank up the cultivator, or lister, when you dumped it in a bad spot, like.....up against a freaking fence, etc!!!!!! Or stuck in the mud!!! Armstrong was around way before Lance was!
