I have a wd 45 that will make a loud noise and hard vibration when the tractor is in gear with the hand clutch not engaged. When I pull back on the hand clutch it goes away. when the tractor is in neutral it is quiet also. I know that the main clutch is about worn out because when I push the pedal to change gears it takes a while for the trans to slow enough to shift. When I first got this tractor I could shift the gears after I released the hand clutch. Is it a hard job to replace the main clutch? I have done many automobile clutch jobs. Is it similar? And what is the best source of technical information for this tractor. I saw on ebay a guy selling the manuals on disc for computer use.
